No physical goods are supplied unless specifically stated.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

This includes:

  • Song details

  • Style preferences

  • Languages

  • Special requests

  • Dedications

  • Any other information requested during checkout

Liekie is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

AI-Generated Content

Our music is created using artificial intelligence tools together with human creative direction, editing, arrangement, and quality control.

While we strive to produce high-quality, unique songs, customers acknowledge that AI-generated music may occasionally contain similarities to other musical works or stylistic elements.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Complexity

  • Revision requests

  • Public holidays

  • Technical issues beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Revisions

Some packages include revisions.

Revisions are intended to refine the original order and are limited to reasonable changes.

Requests that substantially change the original concept, genre, lyrics, or style may require a new order.

Unused revisions have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Pricing

  • Templates

  • Website content

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of our production methods or website content.

Commercial Use

If you intend to use your custom song for:

  • Advertising

  • Business promotion

  • Monetized social media

  • Television

  • Radio

  • Commercial streaming

  • Film

  • Other commercial purposes

you may require an additional commercial license.

Please contact us before using your song commercially.

Customer Content

You confirm that any text, names, photographs, lyrics, or other materials submitted to us:

  • Do not infringe the rights of others.

  • Are not defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.

  • May legally be used by Liekie to create your order.

You agree to indemnify Liekie against claims arising from materials supplied by you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liekie shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Emotional dissatisfaction with creative style
