At Liekie, we create personalized songs and digital music products made specifically for each customer. Because every order is custom-made and delivered digitally, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical products.

Digital Products

All products sold by Liekie are digital downloads and/or custom-created digital content. No physical products are shipped.

Custom Songs

Each custom song is created based on the information, preferences, and instructions provided during checkout.

Because these songs are personalized specifically for you:

• Custom song orders cannot be returned.

• Refunds are not available once production has started.

• We cannot accept cancellations after work on your song has begun.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Revisions

Depending on the package purchased, your order may include revision(s).

Revisions are intended to adjust elements such as:

• Lyrics

• Musical style

• Vocal style

• Tempo

• Overall mood

Revisions must remain within the scope of the original order. Requests for an entirely new song, different concept, or substantially different style may require a new purchase.

Standard Song Products

If you purchase a non-personalized digital song or downloadable product, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive:

• a corrupted file,

• the wrong song,

• an incomplete download, or

• experience technical issues accessing your purchase,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the file or provide a working download at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• We are unable to complete your order.

• A technical error prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once writing, composition, music generation, editing, mastering, or production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or through the download method provided at checkout.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and revision requests.
